Yes, it is! Due to the digital nature of the services provided we do not offer refunds. Digital Products are also final sale and cannot be refunded. If for any reason a Client cannot move forward with services or experiences hardship we will offer a credit valid for 30 days.
Yes! Currently, all of our payment plans cycle on a bi-weekly installment schedule. We also offer 4 different types:
• Paid in Full - paying your entire balance in full
• 50/50 Split - paying half of your balance upfront and the other half in two weeks until it's paid off.
• 3-Way Split - paying a third of your balance upfront and the other two installments every two weeks until it's paid off.
• 4-Way Split - paying a fourth of your balance upfront and the other three installments every two weeks until it's paid off.
Payment plans incur a 5% surcharge and are collected with an automatic debit to your payment method.
Great question! Monthly management services require a 3-month commitment because that is the MINIMUM amount of time necessary to test various strategies, review analytics, and make determinations for our clients' brands and businesses.
Yes! We highly recommend that you have a business that is registered with your Secretary of State but the ultimate decision is at the client's discretion.
Yes they do!
Each service has a standard amount of time, usually # of weeks, that services will be completed. However, this time can vary depending on client need(s), amount of work required, and/or any other unforeseen circumstances.
However, we always communicate all progress, any changes, or delays (if applicable) for any service, package or consultation provided.
We are open Monday through Friday from 10am - 4pm EST and are off on all major state holidays. Clients will always receive advanced notice of any changes to availability via email.
Absolutely yes! We welcome anyone interested in working with us, regardless of location, to inquire. An accommodation fee will be added for travel and/or on-site services.
